Chef Annie Greenslade owns and operates The Sweet Life Chef, while being a college Pastry Professor. She personally makes all food from scratch with top-quality, organic, non-GMO ingredients. Every dish or cake she creates comes from her heart and soul. She specializes in a wide variety of diets, including (but not limited to) gluten-free, vegan, paleo, sugar-free, and health-conscious. If you can dream it, she can cook it!
She attended Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas and received her Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. She also holds her Liquor License from the State of Texas, Food Handler's Permit, HAACP Training from Serve Safe, and Kitchen Manager Permit. Safety and sanitation is her utmost concern. Studying under very notable chefs and world famous Sugar Artists, being an Executive Chef of a gourmet restaurant, creating daily menus and specialized diets for hospital patients, teaching Pastry classes at a college and private cooking lessons all have given her exceptional experience.
Her credentials also include a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oklahoma (OU) and serving her country as an Iraqi War Veteran for the US Army.
